1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using the website of TRUCK IT Junk Removal Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TRUCK IT Junk Removal Services provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in Durham Region and surrounding areas of Ontario, Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including items we are unable to legally or safely transport.

3. Pricing & Quotes

• All prices quoted online or by phone are estimates only and are confirmed on-site before work begins.
• Final pricing is based on the volume of junk, weight, and type of materials.
• Additional fees may apply for heavy items (over 40 kg), hazardous materials, tires, electronics, or items requiring special disposal.
• You are not obligated to proceed if the on-site quote differs from your expectation — there is no charge for the quote itself.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to authorize removal of all items.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the items to be removed.
• You must disclose any hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, biohazards) prior to booking. We do not remove hazardous waste.
• Items left at the curb or in a common area are your responsibility to ensure they are legally yours to dispose of.

5. Prohibited Items

We are unable to remove the following items:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazardous materials
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Propane tanks (full)
• Paint (liquid)
• Any item prohibited by Ontario waste disposal regulations

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

TRUCK IT Junk Removal Services takes reasonable care when removing items from your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that were not disclosed as fragile or oversized. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
